It has only been two months since our previous version release and we are happy to announce the new version 12 of our professional services automation (PSA) software solution.
Version 12 includes many goodies that have been added as a result of the great feedback we have received from our users. From a powerful new ability to link service tickets, to using saved filters when generating reports, to auto assigning of tickets to technicians while dispatching tickets, and to other enhancements that are aimed at helping MSP and IT services providers manage their business better.
