Plan Change Request Form
You can change your plan and upgrade or downgrade it at any time.
If you are downgrading you will require to deactivate some employees to match the number supported by your new plan.
Your newly selected plan will start on the day of change and will run month to month or year to year depending on the new plan billing cycle.
When you change your plan your credit is calculated based on the unused time of your old plan prorated with the old plan price.
At the time of change, you will be charged the difference between the full price of the new plan and your credit. Any further remaining credit will be applied to your next plan renewal/s and is not refundable.
