I have some clients that are text exempt, but I don't see any way to remove all tax through their account. I looked at custom pricing but that is only for employee rates. Is there a way to do this throughCommitCRM?

Hi Doug,

Thanks for posting this question.
In order to remove any tax reference from your RangerMSP reports, you need to delete any tax items in that accounts Details Tab. You can read more about the way to work with taxes in RangerMSP on our support center, see more details here.

In case you use QuickBooks, you need to adjust the QuickBooks tax settings for these customers separately (the tax settings are not taken RangerMSP, but rather taken directly from QuickBooks).

Please see the screenshot for the RangerMSP setting.

I hope this helps,
Reno Breen
