Change the word Fax to Mobile Phone on Technician Service Form

When I print my Technician Service Forms on right it provides a field entitled Contact: beneath that Phone: and immeditely beneath Phone a field entitled Fax: Can anyone assist with how I can change the word Fax: on the form to read Mobile Phone.

Yes, you can customize the report layout and rename the Fax label.

For this, please go to the Reports and select the report/form you want to edit (customize). In case this is a system report, you should first copy it to create your own custom report and then edit it.

Once your report is selected - click the Design button on the toolbar to open the report in the Report Designer.

In order to rename the 'Fax' field label, double click the field within the template and just type a new name.
