Ok i deleted the first attemp and will try again.

When i go to User CP it shows up under "attachments" so i know it uploaded, but it also says "in progress" under the date

Well I don't see it either... When adding a post you have the Manage Attachments button, click it, select the file to upload - Then - remember to click "Upload" to actually upload the file, then close the upload window and Submit your post.

Hmm, seems like uploading the file is even harder than creating it. It shows to have been uploaded but i can't figure out where it went.

Since no one else was loading templates i figured i would try one. This is my first attempt so...
Hopefully others will give it a try as well.
