When adding a history note or a ticket for an asset, in many cases it is helpful for this history to be available in the account history tab since this asset belongs to the account.

For example, when you have a customer with multiple assets, it's extremely helpful to see the combined history of all the assets for an account in one place as well as being able to see the history for each asset individually.

This can be done from the Account's History tab - when viewing the account's History tab, click the Details checkbox (bottom-right corner), to see the history which was added to the related entities, such as tickets, assets, etc.
