I would like to give my clients access to create tickets, however I do not want them to have access to contracts or how many hours they have available, please provide detail steps to do this.

To setup clients' privileges for the Web Interface, you should go to Tools > Options... > Web Interface tab (from the client application window), and select what you want to show your customers.

Basically, all customers can open new service tickets and no special settings need to be modified. In order to prevent them from seeing contracts and the status of the contracts, you should deselect the 'Contract Status' check-box.

Make sure you restart RangerMSPWebInterface service after performing the changes.
