when looking at the details of a specific ticket from the tickets tab for a specific account, the up/down arrows in the upper right corner do not work (as they do work in charges,etc.).

Hi ray,

I believe the behavior you are describing is normal. The up-down arrows at the top of the Accounts window, scroll between accounts which are currently displayed in the accounts list. I suspect that you were displaying a specific account in the list (e.g. you had the account in the search pane, displaying only one account in the list), so the arrows had no other accounts in the list to scroll to.

Note that the up-down arrows do not scroll between lines in the tab, but rather in the main list (i.e. accounts rather that the tickets tab). To scroll between the lines in the tab, you should select one of the lines, and use the keyboard arrows to scroll up and down.
