I have setup the document directory under the Account Details screen. However, when I attempt to file a document, it always defaults to something else (The account name). Is there a way to correct this? Am I missing something?

Hi,

This should work just fine. I will just go over the steps to make sure this is done correctly:

1. In the Account window, go to the Details tab
2. Click the folders icon of the Docs Dir field
3. Select the new location for the documents
4. click OK and close the folder selection window
5. Save your changes (click Save in the Account window tool bar)
6. Try to drag-and-drop a file onto the Account and save it (use the Copy file to RangerMSP option)
7. Go to the Docs tab and make sure it was saved in the right location.

I hope after following these steps it will work for you.
