After upgrading office on the server to 2016, we get "A program is trying to access email address information stored in outlook" each time we try to send a email from CommitCRM.

Is there a way to allow CommitCRM access to outlook globally so each user does not have to keep saying "allow for 10 minutes"?

Thank you for posting this.

From past experience with other users, we noticed that this warning might be displayed by Outlook in case the anti-virus is out of date or not installed. You can try to change Outlook settings under Trust Center > Trust Center Settings > Programmatic Access to 'Never warn me...' (please see the screenshot below) or update the anti-virus (or fix the Windows level problem why it thinks that the anti-virus isn't configured correctly):

Hope this helps

Does every user have to do this?

In case you simply enable/update anti-virus on the server then it probably affects all users at once, however - in case you refer to the change in Outlook - then it seems like it is indeed a per Outlook/domain user - as these are personal settings, unless you can somehow manage such settings for all users centrally (at the Outlook/Exchange/365 level).

Hope this helps!
