That's an interesting feedback. The system keeps document private (from customer access) until a user specifically asks to set the document as public. At this time there is no way around it and that mechanism cannot be changed. To some degree, changing such a default so all new documents will be set as public automatically might be a little risky with sharing documents you don't want to share (or at least yet).
The idea of marking the form signed by customer as a public document seems to make a lot of sense and we will definitely consider it. |
