Just upgraded CommitCRM to 12.0.0.3 and now when dispatching tickets it will not sync with Outlook calendar even manually. Try rebooting desktop but problem still persists.
Any ideas will be appreciated
We've just released 12.0.0.4 that fixes this issue which indeed happened in 03 in some cases. Please download the upgrade program again, verify it is to ...04 (by the filename) and upgrade. Done!
