RangerMSP User Question*

We have a requirement to always email a specific contact at a customer whenever a new ticket is opened for them or a ticket is closed.

Can this be done automatically? Triggered by the software?

Answer

Sure, such emails can be automatically sent to the customer using the Alerts to Customers feature of the Alerts Server module.
