I've just visited a new prospect and I want to make a reminder to call him in several weeks.
What would you suggest ?

Answer

You should add a Task for the Opportunity, setup a Due Date/Time for the Task and setup up to two popup reminders - all in the Task details window. Select the reminder checkbox/es to enable them. The reminder settings is related to the Task due date/time.
