RangerMSP User Question*

If I print off a Technician Service Form to allow a customer to sign a hard copy, is there a way I can scan that copy back into RangerMSP to allow me to link it up to the corresponding ticket?

Sure, the hard copy of the signed form can be scanned and then attached as document under the Ticket using 'Attach' button at the bottom of the 'Docs' tab.

Another option, that may be easier - drag the scanned form file from the Windows folder it is stored and drop it into RangerMSP on the Ticket Window you want to file it under.
