RangerMSP User Question*
We have clients who are not under contract but would like a quarterly, semi-annually, or annually checkup of their computers How is the best way to handle this in the RangerMSP? -- * Question received by email and shared here for the benefit of our users. |

Answer
The easiest way would probably be to add a recurring Task under the customer Account. Then, once the Task is due you can convert it into a service ticket in one-click. The Tasks details will be copied automatically to the new Ticket Tasks can then be seen under Account's Pending tab or using the dedicated Tasks tab found under the Calendar/Dispatcher window. There is also a Tasks pane in the Calendar Daily view. |
