RangerMSP User Question*
I have a couple sub-contacts within a company who are also residential customers. Like John – he works for Company A, but I also help him for his residential PC needs. If I create a "Duplicate" contact for John, one as sub-contact for Company A and one as a residential customer, will this cause any heartburn? -- * Question received by email and shared here for the benefit of our users. |

Answer
You should indeed create a separate Account record for John as a residential customer. Our only recommendation here would be to set up a different email addresses, if possible, for each - the personal for under John's residential customer Account, and the 'business' one for John being a secondary contact of Company A. |
