Hi,

Sometimes CommitCRM messes with the e-mail subject when CommitCRM receives a ticket by e-mail.


Result of e-mail subject:

"Billetnet - dine billetter er vedhæftet (ordrenummer 11933363) [TKT-0500-6710] 33363)"

RangerMSP does add the ticket number part when needed, e.g. parts like [TKT-0500-6710], however, it should be included within existing text but usually at its end. I suspect that for some reason the 33363 of the Subject is split in live in a separate email-header section than the first part of the Subject. In any case, if you see this all the times please contact us with your log files and several samples (Please attach some such original email messages in .eml file format) so we could look further into such email headers.

In order to investigate why the Ticket number is added in this way, please email us a few samples of such emails (in .EML file format) and we will then review it. Please also include your RangerMSP's log files to your email.
