Hi Commit,

Imagine, that you add an e-mail address for an asset, for example NAS01@customerdomain.com

Imagine, that you set up e-mail alerts on a customers NAS unit, sending to Commits public email where from e-mail address is NAS01@customerdomain.com

CommitCRM will now create a ticket under the corresponding asset.

This would be very usefull...

What you could do is add the customer's domain name "customerdomain.com" to the "Email2" field of the account. Then when NAS01@ send you an email, it would at least create a ticket under the right account - still wouldn't be related to the correct asset, but, hey, it's a start!
