We are currently using CommitCRM 5.7.0.0, on average have about 30-50 open tickets in the database, and we've always had a problem with the printing being slow. When clicking "Tickets > Print > Technician Service Form (or whichever format we want)" it takes on average 15-30 seconds before "Print" window pops up asking us how many copies we'd like, and then after we do that it takes about another 20-45 seconds to actually queue up and send the document to the printer. This happens on several different computers and also on different printers (we've tried it on our network one and also a HP LaserJet via USB).

Are there any patches or anything for this issue? Does anyone else experience this?

Actually I believe that there is :-) At least for the New Ticket option.
Please contact us directly by email, specify the exact version number you use (copied from the Help About dialog window) and we will provide you with the relevant patch.
