Accessing CommitCRM API with VBScript?

Is there any way to access the CommitCRM API with VBScript?

We offer predefined libraries in C#, VB.NET and C++. However, using the API by Email feature, which is a part of the RangerMSP Email Connector you can send XML formatted emails to the email connector.
