Is there a way to export all items into Quickbooks as one non-inventory batch?

Using items as inventory parts in Quickbooks is causing accounting problems as we do not track inventory. I have correct items in CommitCRM but I need to import them into Quickbooks and doing them one by one is very time consuming. Any suggestions would be great.

Hi dytechs,

RangerMSP doesn't keep any indication whether the item is an inventory item or not. This information is saved only in QuickBooks. I'm not sure exactly how you change this in RangerMSP, however, in any case, you can transfer items from RangerMSP to QuickBooks only on a one-by-one basis.

Note that the other way around, you can batch import all of your items from QuickBooks to RangerMSP, so it's usually better to make changes in QuickBooks and then re-import the items into RangerMSP. Perhaps you can do this in this case as well.

Click here for more details about syncing items between the systems.

I hope this helps.
