Different Users, different user names and passwords?

We have 3 employees currently and we wanted to know if there was a way to have different user names and passwords?

I figured it out! If you go to Employees. You have a listing of all of them. Click on one and then click below to make sure you are on the employees tab. On the right side there is a Configure User button where you can make your own username and password.
