Hi guys,
Sorry if this is obvious somewhere I just can't seem to find it. When opening a ticket we've got a huge list of contracts for any of our clients. We normally do 3 to 5 recurring monthly contracts for all of our clients so after a year or so of recurring contracts and periodic project contracts we've got a really long list to scroll through. Is there any way to clean up these contracts so they're not showing on the list every time a ticket is opened? Thanks! |

Sure, you should set all old Contracts as 'Completed'. You can use Batch Complete Contracts tool to complete multiple Contracts at once. Please also verify that under Tools > Options > Contracts tab the option Hide inactive Contracts in Contract selection field' is checked. Hope this helps. |
