Hi, everybody,

We have the monthly contract for each customer, so we setup a contract with block of money.

The amount of block of money is what the customer paid for each month, starting beginning of each month.

we want to know how to setup the cost which is spending time for each customer each month in order to know the profitability?

Thank you for posting this.

The rate for the Charge depends on the Item selected for this Charge.

If the Price Source for the Item is 'By Employee Rate', the rate will be taken from Employee details:





In case the Price Source for the Item is 'Fixed Price' (see the sample below), the rate for the Charges will be calculated based on the Price set for the Item for ALL employees.
