GFIMax sites

I use GFIMax and use the connector. One customer has several sites. How can I get the autotickets to create a single ticket for all three sites?.

Each failed check in GFI Max creates a separate Ticket in RangerMSP. However you don't have to create separate RangerMSP Accounts for every GFI Max site, you can link multiple sites to the single Account using GFI Max Links Manager in RangerMSP under Settings -> RMM Integration.

You can also use Account Merge and Ticket Merge to remove duplicate Accounts/Tickets (all related data will be moved to the Master Account/Ticket).
