This is a feature request -
It would be nice to be able to link KB entries to customers. When looking at an account you could have a Knowledge Base Tab and see all KB articles that have been put together for that customer. We use the Knowledge Base to keep track of installation procedures for products specific to each customer location. We also have a lot of other items that are very specific to each customer location. Trying to find them in the vast KB pool is difficult. Any suggestions appreciated.... Also would be nice to limit customers to only see KB articles pertaining to their company via the web portal as well. Keynon |

Update from RangerMSP Team:
New in version 14 - You can now publish a Knowledge Article for a specific Account and also find articles linked to an Account. This way articles related to specific Accounts will now only be shared with them, while generic public articles can still be shared with all Accounts. |
