    Emails content does not show under tickets

    RangerMSP User Question*

    We are using Outlook 2013 to respond to the customer, however the content of all our responses are not visible in the preview and resolution/history tabs.

    I know emails can have both plain/text and html/text but I can’t seem to find how to enable that. Do you have any recommendations?

    To fix this you normally require to configure the mail server you're using, so it will not strip out the text/plain part of emails.

    The following link explains how to configure it in Exchange or 365 (hosted) .

    In general all email messages should be nicely listed under the ticket. Check Ticket Email Thread - see under #2.
