Feature request - auto discounts

Most of our support plans include some discount on parts and labor. It would be nice if when a contract is selected for a ticket, it automatically applied parts and labor discounts for items.

This is exactly what the Custom Pricing feature of the Contract does. It applies the discount (or markup) to labor, parts and expenses based on your settings.

I saw that but wasn't exactly sure if that is what I needed to do. Thank you.
