When we create a new ticket using the web version, it always populates with the account of a particular customer. I think it is the first one we put into the system, as it is not the first in an alphabetical list.

How can we either make it none or change this default customer?

Problem is, when we sync our outlook calendar to commit, we had someone "accidentally" hit completed on this quasi appointment.

Since this quasi appointment isnt a real appointment, and isnt attached to an account or ticket, CommitCRM sent this client an email telling them an appointment was completed. It also included details that they should not have got.

It is possible that it has to be something with a nullified record in the database. Please send us a copy of the following files for review (please copy them aside when no one is using RangerMSP, or from a recent backup):

\RangerMSP\Db\Cards.adii
\RangerMSP\Db\Cards.adm
\RangerMSP\Db\Cards.adt

Thanks,
Dina
