And what about incident escalation withinCommitCRM? Is there some programmable escalation period?

Settings due dates automatically based on Ticket data is something that we're currently looking at. I regards to auto escalation we evaluate the options but have not yet decided on. It would be great if you could provide additional feedback on your exact requirement feature behavior for this.
