Can anyone tell me if it is possible to merge accounts.

I have two account that are for the same company both with history.
I would like to merge these accounts and keep history .

Quick update:

RangerMSP 5.5 was officially released and now provides a new Account Merge tool. The Account Merge lets you merge data from two Accounts into a single Account. This powerful tool finds all data related to the duplicate Accounts, such as Tickets, Charges, Contracts, History Notes, and so on, and merges them into the main Master Account. All the merge details are logged in a History Note which is added automatically to the remaining Account.

Thank you for posting this.
Unfortunately Accounts cannot be merged at this time. I will log this as a feature request in our system. Thanks for the feedback. For now, we have a document that shows how you can copy a ticket from one account to another and then move the charges from the old ticket to the new ticket, which will also change the linked account under the charges.
