I created and completed tickets for several users at one client. I had set up each user as a separate account, when I should have set them up as contacts under one account. Now that I'm using Quickbooks with the Commit-Quickbooks link, I tried changing the account field on each ticket to the contact under the correct account (the person I submit invoices to), but the field can't be changed. Other than deleting the tickets and re-entering them under the correct account, is there anything I can do?

Hi,

Thanks for posting this.
Since these tickets have been created under separate accounts, the best way to move the tickets you've created to the secondary contacts you've just created is to copy the tickets to the actual account with the correct contact selected, and have any linked entities re-linked to the new tickets.

More information on this procedure can be found here.

Let us know if this helps.

Regards,
Sherry
