Our reply to your recent support inquires might be delayed.

We use Google to manage the email service for our domain. Unfortunately, Google is currently facing a problem with this service. This problem affects our inbound / outbound email communication.

We've contacted Google and they approved that they are already working to resolve this issue.

Update - we discussed this issue with Google's support and they confirmed that the problem is related to the Postini service and that it is affecting our inbound email traffic.

The Google team is working on this issue and hopes to resolve the problem soon.

In any case, we've already updated the MX settings for our domain so all email traffic will flow directly to us, skipping the Postini service. However, it'll take some time until the new DNS/MX settings will be fetched again by all mail servers (luckily our TTL was set to 14400, meaning that in a few hours all inbound traffic should be working perfectly well again).

Update: Problem is now resolved.

Google has reported back that the issue is now resolved. This means that our email service functions normally without any inbound/outbound delays.

Our email support is live again and we're ready to provide you with fast replies to your inquiries.
