messaging with web interface

Can we create and generate new messages using CommitCRM web?

Internal messages related to accounts/tickets/assets or even ones sent to you directly can be viewed using the Web portal. Adding new ones is not currently an option. We have this request on file and will add your vote to it. Thanks!
