Is there a way to create a report that shows completed workorders by account for a period of time?

Answer


Yes, to create such a Report, assuming Tickets equate to work orders, you could go to Reports > Tickets and select Tickets List by Account then in the filter settings popup which appears when you click Generate, select Completed from the Status drop-down list and select the Open and Close dates to suit. You could also select a specific Account if you don't want all included in the list.
