Sometimes tickets gets marked as read by the system and by mistake.

It is possible to disable that the system marks the tickets as read, so the user have to do it evverytime instead.

Like with other systems (Outlook comes to mind) when you read a Ticket it is marked as read automatically. You cannot disable this feature.
