RangerMSP User Question*
We are using Outlook 2013 to respond to the customer, however the content of all our responses are not visible in the preview and resolution/history tabs. I know emails can have both plain/text and html/text but I can’t seem to find how to enable that. Do you have any recommendations? -- * Question received by email and shared here for the benefit of our users. |

Answer
To fix this you normally require to configure the mail server you're using, so it will not strip out the text/plain part of emails. The following link explains how to configure it in Exchange or 365 (hosted) . In general all email messages should be nicely listed under the ticket. Check Ticket Email Thread - see under #2.
