Change tax rate

Can you please give me the steps on how to change the tax rate?
I need to change it for all customers because our tax went from 13 to 15.

Answer

You can change the rate for existing tax from Settings menu > Charges> Taxes.


In case you want to create a new tax, you can run Batch Update Tax Settings from Accounts menu > Tools to apply the new tax for all listed Accounts.
