I am trying to use the email connector more but, clients are in the habit of emailing me for support. Try as I might, I can't break this habit.
I've been forwarding email to the connector email address, going into Commit, modifying the account, email contacts, and stripping out the FW: etc. Is there an easier way to do this? |
