After using Microsoft Dynamics CRM, one feature I've fell in love with is price lists.

So you have a list of products. you create a price list say, "Service Contract - Gold" and it has discounted prices on that list selected from your main list of products and services. Each account has 1 price list assigned. If none assigned, use the default.

This is really good and it's a feature commitcrm is desperately lacking.

Hi hayden,

Good news! Defining a price list per customer or even per contract is actually already a part of RangerMSP (since 4.5 release).

To use this feature in RangerMSP you should use the Custom Pricing feature which lets you set unique prices or rates for the Items (products or services) you sell at the Account or Contract levels. Once you define custom prices for an Account or Contract, these prices will be used automatically for every charge logged for the Accounts or Contracts.

In many cases you may wish to use similar Custom Pricing settings in different Contracts or Accounts so you can use the copying option that lets you copy existing Custom Pricing settings to a selected Account or Contract.

You can read all about Custom-Pricing in the Billing user guide under Custom Pricing section.
