Is there anyway for CommitCRM to automatically email the closed ticket out to the client after we close the ticket out? If so, how do we set that up? We already have the mail portion of CommitCRM and it automatically emails the ticket to the client when it's created, but would also like it to email when a ticket is closed. Thanks.

Yes it is possible. RangerMSP Alerts Server can be configured to send alerts to customers on Ticket Open and Close events. You can select (and customize) the content of the email alert being sent as well as to attach a select PDF form/report to it. Click here to learn more about Alerts to Customers.
