Tickets will not get created automatically from an appointment. We will log this as a feature request. However, with one click you can create a new Ticket that will be based on the Appointment details. Right click the appointment and select the "New Ticket" option. Note that the content, account, contact, etc. will all be copied from the appointment and to the new Ticket automatically You can also consider using the Recurring Tickets feature - although those are not linked to the appointment, you can create a recurring template so it will create one Ticket on a specific date by setting the expiration date as on the following sample: Hope this helps. |
