How can I tell RangerMSP that an employee is unavailable during specific time periods? I have an employee not available for one week and want to prevent him from being dispatched.

Answer

You should create recurring appointment for this employee and title it "Vacation". It will then will be displayed in Dispatcher / Calendar and it will look as if they are fully busy so the dispatcher will know not to schedule anything for this technician.

You can also decide on a specific color that represents a vacation/blocked-time and have everyone on your team select such a color for the time-blocking-appointments.
