When syncing with 365 calendar, I receive the error message, "Error syncing Appointments. The refresh token has expired due to inactivity”
Solution:
This message means that 365 requires to re-authorize CommitCRM.
Log in to CommitCRM with your CommitCRM's username, go to 'Tools > Synchronize 365 > Sync Options' > click 'Select' and follow the wizard to reconnect to your 365 calendar and then try to sync your calendar.
