In the Main menu go to File > Users and Privileges > Change Password.

<u>Note:</u> A user with administrator privileges can set a new password for each employee from the Employee window > Employee tab > Configure User > Set Password.

From the Main menu go to File > Users and Privileges > Show Administrators.
