Is there a way that I can see a list of records in Ranger (Customers, Items, etc.) that are linked to a Quickbooks record? Also can it show the name of the item it is linked to on the Quickbooks side. I'd like to see what is linked vs not linked and also confirm they are linked to the right record.

Thank you for posting this.
Yes, it is possible to get a list of records (Accounts and Items) that are linked to a QuickBooks record.
You can apply a filter in the Accounts window using the built-in template. There are separate filtering criteria for QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online, so select the relevant based on the edition you integrate with.
You can also use the filtering criteria to see the Account records that are not linked to a QuickBooks records.
The filtering criteria contains additional filter by creation date, you can select 'All time'.
Similar filtering templates are available in the Items window as well.
As for showing the name of the record in QuickBooks, you can see its details using the QB dropdown menu on the toolbar and selecting "Show details of linked QuickBooks record".
As the linked record name is not saved in RangerMSP, there is no option to see it in the list and you should check each record at a time.
Hope this helps!

Thanks for getting back to me, that helps. If there will be any further updates to Ranger it would be helpful to be able to see the name of the QuickBooks record so you can easily confirm it has been linked to the correct item. There have a few in the past that I found had not been correctly linked.
