    Can Ranger create a standardized process for tech's on a standard ticket?

    i.e. Create a remote user VPN:
    Step 1. create user
    Step 2. create a group
    Step 3. Assign the use to the group
    Step 4. The the host side of the VPN:
    Step 4a. Do this
    Step 4b. Do that
    Step 5. client side
    Step 5a. Do this
    Step 5b. do that

    I played with activity template, no so much.
    In Ticketing I played with template

    Neither seemed very straight forward to me. It seems simply making notes maybe the simplest.

    Sure, you can streamline such processes by creating To-do Lists with a checklist.
    To-do list can be saved as a template and then applied with one click and added under a Ticket.

    In addition, you can use Ticket Templates that allow you to pre-fill the values in the fields that will be then populated in the ticket created based on the template.

    To-dos can be added directly in the Ticket template too, so it'll be added to any new Ticket created based on the template.
