Everything in this edition is now at a production level, and we already have customers actively using it to run their businesses.

- Ticketing System – A solid, collaborative workspace for managing customer issues efficiently.
- Shared Inbox (Email Connector) – Communicate with customers and collaborate internally, directly from within the ticket interface.
- New Tools – Including scheduling replies, snoozing tickets, @mentions, starring, labeling, and more.
- Asset Management.
- SLA and Due Dates.
- Billing Features – User rates, products and services/items, time tracking, timers, charges, and billing contracts (including auto-renewing ones).
- Reports – Interactive billing and time-tracking reports, plus visual charts and graphs for ticketing activity.
- QuickBooks Online Integration – Including batch invoicing and other powerful options.
- Accounts and Contact Management.
- Automation – Triggers, saved responses, auto-responses, default assignments, and more.
- Dispatcher Workflow – With direct scheduling into Microsoft 365 and Google Calendar.
- Customer Portal – For customer access and interaction.
