Quote changes and versioning

Is there a recommended way of handling changes to quotes or versioning without copying and creating a new quote? We would like to monitor or audit changes to quotes in case a client would like to revert or compare differences.

Thanks for asking. Well, there's no built-in track-changes feature at the quote level so the recommendation would be to save quotes to PDF (you may do this already) and file them under the customer account. You'll then be able to open any previous quote-version by opening the PDF directly from the customer account. Feedback noted to offer versioning support at the Quote level. Thanks for asking.
